GREENSPACE & DIGITAL COACH SERVICES
GREENSPACE IS A SUPERVISED SPACE FOR STUDENTS WITH WIFI & PRINTER ACCESS
Greenspace was created to provide a quiet and safe study space for students. It is a supervised shared study space for Kingdomcity School students, equipped with Wi-Fi and printer access. It is designed for self-motivated students who can work independently and is available for students in Grades 5 and above. As an added benefit, all our Greenspace students are assigned a Digital Coach who works with them online daily to ensure they stay up-to-date with their studies. To determine if a student is eligible for Greenspace, an admissions assessment will be carried out. Upon approval of this assessment, students will be placed under a probationary period of four weeks or up to half a school term to give both parents and Greenspace Supervisors the opportunity to see if Greenspace is a suitable study environment for the student.
If you live in a city without our Greenspace service, you can still opt for the benefit of our Digital Coach service.
A DIGITAL COACH WILL GUIDE YOUR CHILD REMOTELY
A Digital Coach guides your child remotely via an online platform. This additional service is available to students in Grades 5 and above.
Digital Coaches help organise students’ schedules in accordance with their family calendar, prepare a daily list of lessons and tasks to be completed, and monitor the child’s progress. Digital Coaches also provide on-call assistance to students during Greenspace hours and share daily progress updates with parents, along with a weekly report highlighting areas of study that may require additional attention. They also communicate a weekly shopping list of school materials needed for upcoming lessons.
A Digital Coach will be able to guide you and your child and give you support and confidence on their educational journey.
